This is a tough one… and certainly not intuitive!
The New Pages Experience is like nothing you have experienced before. The layout and design for Pages is completely different from what users have become accustomed to over the last 5 years.
Facebook states, “the new Page experience is a way for public figures, businesses and others who want to build and connect with an audience and manage their professional presence on Facebook. Anyone who was previously an admin on the Page will retain Facebook access after transitioning to the new Page experience (Source: Facebook).
What Facebook doesn’t mention is how different (and difficult) navigation will become with the new layout.
Earlier this week, I was tasked with deleting a dormant Facebook account for a client. This client’s Page had recently been converted to the New Pages Experience. While I had become accustomed to the usual: Setting –> General –> Remove Page — this was no longer an option!
If this is a task you’ve been asked to complete, it’s not for the faint of heart.
Here is how-to delete a Facebook Page with the New Pages Experience:
What makes this process specifically scary is that the wording used, makes it sound like YOUR PERSONAL account will be deleted, rather than the business Page. Having gone through this process, it’s scary (Really! I’ve been doing this for 10+ years). That said, this process DOES WORK like a charm, and your personal accounts will be retained.

Hmm. As of 2/2/2023, When I’m logged into the business account, I do not see the “Facebook Page Information” heading in the left hand settings toolbar. (I do see this in my personal account, but I’m assuming the intent is to be on the business page when you do this.)
