Situation
House of Three was seeking a new digital marketing agency to manage organic and paid social media, along with blog content and email marketing. The previous agency outsourced much of the work internationally and had limited familiarity with the Canadian market as well as the work of BCIN designers.
Strategy
In 2023, JBC was contracted by House of Three to provide full-service digital marketing support across multiple channels. This ongoing partnership includes a structured content and production plan designed to maintain consistent engagement and brand visibility.
Multiple times per year, JBC works directly with Lisa Henderson, Owner, to plan and film short-form video content. These videos are edited and distributed across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube, ensuring broad reach and alignment with platform-specific audiences.
In addition, JBC develops and manages a comprehensive content calendar that covers content creation (including blogs and short-form video) as well as organic social media for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The calendar includes regular posts highlighting new blog content, pre-designed home plans, and a featured “3D blueprint of the week,” showcasing House of Three’s offerings in a consistent and visually engaging way. To round out the content ecosystem, a monthly newsletter is created and distributed to subscribers, reinforcing key updates, driving traffic back to the website, and maintaining ongoing audience engagement.
Finally, JBC provides Google Advertising services, including a Search Campaign and a Performance Max (PMax) campaign, designed to improve visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support overall lead generation.
Results
Since 2023, House of Three has seen strong growth across its social media channels. Facebook likes have increased by 48%, LinkedIn followers have grown by 74%, and Instagram followers have increased by 22%, reflecting improved reach and ongoing audience engagement across platforms. In addition, content performance on YouTube Shorts has generated 98,970 views, further extending brand visibility and helping to introduce House of Three’s work to a wider audience.
