Using her degree in adult education, Jennifer goes beyond explaining the importance of social media and gives her clients the skills and confidence they need to attract and retain their target audience. She offers training on the major social media platforms and constantly researching the latest up-and-coming tools.

Jennifer holds Mailchimp, Meta and Hootsuite certifications. She is a part-time instructor at St. Lawrence College in the Digital Marketing Communications Program. Jennifer holds a Master in Education (2019), Bachelor of Education–Adult Education (2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics (2007).
