You, the individual, cannot use Meta Business products, including ads, catalogues, pixels and commerce manager.
To Resolve
1. Go to the Account Quality on your personal account individual account to learn more about the restrictions.
2. Request a Review.
A restricted Meta Business Manager account occurs when an account doesn’t comply with community standards, Meta advertising standards or other policies.
You will need to enable 2 factor authentication on the Business Manager account. Then you can verify your identity with a driver’s license or passport.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, you can chat with a Meta representative by tapping “Help” then “Contact the Support Team” and chat with a Meta representative.
This restriction occurs because ad content severely or repeatedly violates Meta policies, you will need to speak with a Meta representative.
It is required to stay up-to-date with any Meta Policies. It may be helpful to put a note in your calendar for once or twice a year to check for any changes.
